Hi Everyone,

Once again Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance are on the lookout for new Volunteers.

We have a fantastic group of volunteers, who the Charity rely on to support the fundraising effort and help keep this life saving service flying. However we are now looking to expand this group offering more help to our supporters throughout the county.

We are particularly looking for people who can give talks to groups, help with events, assisting in collecting our collection tins, help in the office, or organise and run fundraising events. The list is endless. If you have a skill that you think can be useful to the charity we want to hear from you. We are especially keen to hear from people in the areas of the New Forest, Basingstoke, Andover, Aldershot, Alton, Fordingbridge, Ringwood, Hayling Island and Farnborough.

In return we offer you full training and support, not to mention the fulfilment of knowing that your help is keeping the helicopter and it’s crew flying. We also organise regular social events so you will have the chance to meet all our other Volunteers, and become part of the HIOWAA family.

Applying to become a volunteer with the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance is easy. Either visit the ‘other ways to help’ page of our website and fill in our Volunteer form or contact me at the Charity’s head office on 02380 33 33 77.
